The crate replaced a wire model and improved room layout while fitting a roughly 55-pound dog. Solo assembly was awkward in one step, and several panels arrived scuffed, but both the dog and a cat used it happily.
Two matching crates fit the room well, but one panel had rubbed-off finish on an interior face. The blemish was hidden after assembly, though the reviewer questioned how it might affect long-term durability.
The crate was already serving as a corner table and appeared sturdy and stylish. The reviewer had not tested it with a dog yet and wished for a puppy divider and a reversible side-door hinge.
Assembly resembled common flat-pack furniture and was manageable. Felt pads had been attached to the wrong face of one panel, but the latched tray was appealing for a 25-pound dog prone to pushing trays out.
