We are an online-only retailer. We do not manufacture anything we sell — every item is made by the brand named at the top of its product page, and the specifications we publish are the ones that brand publishes.

There is no showroom and no phone line. Orders are placed on this site, and support runs through the contact form.

The star ratings and reviews on this site were left by shoppers on the retailer listing each product came from, not by our customers. The retailer is named everywhere a rating appears — on the product page, and under the stars on every tile.

SnugDogs has no reviews of its own yet. We do not write reviews, we do not buy them, and we will not present anyone else’s as ours.

Payment is handled by Square. Card details are entered on Square's own payment page and never pass through this site.
